At HostatHash, we are confident in the performance of our web hosting systems. We provide a 15-day money-back guarantee on Shared Web Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and Business Hosting packages if you are not fully satisfied with our service delivery.

2. Exclusions

Please note that the refund guarantee does not apply to:

• Domain Name registrations, renewals, or transfers (as registry costs are non-refundable once processed).
• Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and Dedicated Server leases (due to dedicated physical server resources reserved upon activation).
• Admin fees, setup fees, or custom system administration charges.

3. Processing Refunds

To request a refund under our guarantee guidelines, open a billing support ticket from your client control area within 15 days of your initial order. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
